Doki Doki Literature Club Plus! features an in-game picture gallery, where the player can find the event images they've unlocked throughout their playthrough of Doki Doki Literature Club! and the Side Stories or by doing a certain action. Any picture in the gallery can also be set as a wallpaper for the built-in desktop.

Secrets

Secrets (presented to you in-game as "Special Poems") are chosen when a new game of DDLC is started.

The 10th picture in the secrets category is unlocked by exiting and reopening DDLC through the in-game desktop during Act 2 possibly multiple times. This has a 1 in 64 chance of happening, but you will know you've unlocked it when you are greeted with creepy, distorted music and the word "END" replacing the Team Salvato and Serenity Forge logos.

Most backgrounds are unlocked through a regular playthrough, but you will have to play all Side Stories and choose both girls for festival preparations.
